Terms and Conditions of Sale

FAST PRODUCTIONS (ABN 28 644 153 790) (“FAST”) provides ticketing services, including the sale and distribution of tickets, as an agent for the venue, promoter, or individual responsible for the event (the “Seller”). By using these services, FAST operates (the “Site”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket. By purchasing a ticket from FAST EVENTS, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to both the sale of tickets and attendance at events, covering the original purchaser and any subsequent ticket holders (“you”). 

Variation to Terms and Conditions 

FAST may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will only affect ticket purchases made after the update.

Additional Seller Terms and Conditions 

Each ticket is subject to additional terms and conditions of the Seller for the specific event (including Conditions of Entry) (“Seller’s Terms”). Seller’s Terms may be available as part of the event information on FAST’s website, at the event, or upon request from FAST. 

General Terms and Conditions 

FAST acts solely as an agent for the Seller in all ticket sales. Therefore, except as stated in these Terms and Conditions, all claims related to tickets or events are the Seller’s responsibility. FAST has no liability to you beyond what is required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). 

FAST reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate tickets of clients who violate these Terms and Conditions, harass or abuse employees or other users, or act unlawfully or inappropriately. This includes clients using accounts primarily to bypass suspensions on other accounts.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Replacements 

Unless specified under the Refundable Tickets Terms and Conditions of Sale:

  • FAST does not offer refunds or exchanges due to changes in personal circumstances or external factors like adverse weather. Refunds or exchanges are provided if an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly relocated by the Seller (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). For cancelled events, refunds are automatically processed to the original payment method. For rescheduled or relocated events, you must apply for a refund within 4 weeks of notification or 72 hours before the event, whichever comes first. Failure to request a refund by this deadline means you accept the reschedule or relocation. 
  • If an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly relocated by the Seller, liability is limited to the ticket purchase amount (including fees or charges unless stated otherwise). Proof of purchase may be required for refunds or exchanges. Neither FAST nor the Seller will be liable for additional losses, such as travel or accommodation expenses, due to the event changes.
  • Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets will be replaced only if authenticity can be verified (including proof of purchase) and reasonable notice is given before the event. A replacement fee may apply, and replacement may not be possible for general admission tickets. 
  • Consider the refund and cancellation policies of travel, accommodation, and other service providers when making arrangements for events. Consider relevant insurance to cover potential losses from event changes.
Variations to Performances or Events
The Seller reserves the right to modify the event details, including adding, withdrawing, rescheduling, or substituting artists, performers, teams, or players, and changing advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements, and audience capacity. 
Conditions of Entry 
Admission to events is subject to the Seller’s Terms, including:
  • Denial of entry or removal from the event for reasonable grounds, such as breaching Terms and Conditions, intoxication, drug influence, inappropriate attire, or disrupting others’ enjoyment. 
  • Late arrivals may be admitted only during suitable breaks.
  • Prohibition on bringing cameras or recording equipment (including mobile phones) into the event.
  • Potential search of your person and possessions before entry 
  • Consent to being filmed or recorded at the event, with permission granted to the Seller and FAST to use your image, likeness, and voice in all media worldwide without compensation. 
  • Compliance with all government directives, orders, and regulations relevant to attending live events
  • Responsibility for knowing the contact details of all attendees in your group and providing them for contact tracing if required.
Digital Tickets and Support
FAST’s ticketing platform is powered and supported by Sana All My Pinoy App. All digital tickets can be redeemed in the app. FAST reserves the right to use Sana All My Pinoy App for digital ticket distribution. All other inquiries for digital tickets can be directed to Sana All.
Authenticity and Validity of Tickets
Entry may be refused if a ticket’s authenticity or validity is in question, including damage, defacement, or purchase from unauthorized sources.

 Resale of Tickets & Scalping
Tickets cannot be resold or offered for resale at a premium without prior written consent from FAST and the Seller. Breach of this condition may result in ticket cancellation without refund and denial of admission. Unauthorized resale may attract criminal penalties under ticket sales legislation.

Collection and Delivery of Tickets
Allow adequate time for ticket collection or delivery. Collection/delivery methods will be specified during purchase. FAST may change delivery methods to “venue collect” to minimize ticket scalping. Valid ID is required for ticket collection and event entry if concessions apply.

Limitations on Number of Tickets Purchased
When purchasing tickets for a particular event, you may be limited to a specified number of tickets. If you exceed this limit, any or all of your orders and tickets may be canceled without notice by FAST at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number, or other information. Ticket limits apply to ensure fair access for fans and minimize ticket scalping. For group bookings exceeding 12 people, please contact us directly to ensure a safe and smooth booking process.

System Errors
FAST endeavors to ensure correct pricing and availability of tickets. However, errors may occur. FAST may cancel orders resulting from such errors but will contact you to offer the correct price in case of pricing errors.

Customer Errors
If reprocessing a ticket transaction due to your error, FAST may charge actual costs incurred, including chargeback or merchant fees.

The term “including” in these Terms and Conditions is not a limitation.
