FAST PRODUCTIONS (ABN 28 644 153 790) (“FAST”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides ticketing services, including the sale and distribution of tickets, as an agent for the venue, promoter, or individual responsible for the event (the “Seller”). FAST operates www.fastevents.com.au (the “Site”).

By purchasing a ticket from FAST PRODUCTIONS, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These apply to both the sale of tickets and attendance at events, covering the original purchaser and any subsequent ticket holders (“you”)..

Variation to Terms and Conditions

FAST may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes apply only to ticket purchases made after the update date.

Additional Seller Terms

Each ticket is subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the Seller for the specific event (including Conditions of Entry) (“Seller’s Terms”). Seller’s Terms may be available on FAST’s website, at the event, or upon request from FAST.

General Terms and Conditions:

Access: This ticket grants entry to the event on the date and time specified by the organisers.

VIP Ticket Holders:
If you have a VIP ticket, enjoy these exclusive benefits:

Designated VIP Area: VIP ticket holders will have access to a special area in the venue. Your ticket will show all details about your exclusive seating arrangement.

Complimentary Group Photo: Capture a special moment with the artists! VIP ticket holders will have the chance to take a group photo with the performers. More information will be shared via email.

Entry Conditions: Please review the entry terms set by the event organisers before attending.

Ticket Delivery: Your tickets are attached to this order email. Be sure to download and print them or have them ready on your mobile device for scanning at the event.

Transferability and Refunds: Tickets are transferable but non-refundable. If you can’t attend, feel free to share the excitement by transferring your ticket to a friend.

Mobile Access: Have your digital tickets saved on your phone to present and ready for scanning at the venue entrance.

Ticket ID: Each ticket includes a unique Ticket ID for verification at the event, so please keep it handy.

System Errors
FAST endeavors to ensure correct pricing and availability of tickets. However, errors may occur. FAST may cancel orders resulting from such errors but will contact you to offer the correct price in case of pricing errors.

Customer Errors
If reprocessing a ticket transaction due to your error, FAST may charge actual costs incurred, including chargeback or merchant fees.

General
The term “including” in these Terms and Conditions is not a limitation.

3. ADDITIONAL SELLER TERMS

4. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW (ACL)

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • If an Event is cancelled, significantly changed, or significantly relocated, you are entitled to a refund or other remedy under the ACL.
  • You may also be entitled to compensation for consequential losses in limited circumstances.

5. GENERAL TICKET CONDITIONS

  • Access – This ticket grants entry to the event on the date and time specified.
  • VIP Benefits – VIP tickets may include exclusive areas, group photos, or other perks as stated in your ticket description.
  • Entry Conditions – Admission is subject to venue and organiser rules.
  • Ticket Delivery – Tickets will be delivered via the method specified at purchase and sent to the email address provided. You must ensure your contact details are correct.
  • Mobile Access – Have your tickets saved and ready for scanning at the venue.
  • Ticket ID – Each ticket has a unique ID for verification.

6. FORCE MAJEURE / ACTS OF GOD

A Force Majeure Event means any event beyond the reasonable control of FAST or the Seller, including:

  • Natural disasters, extreme weather, cyclone, flood, fire, earthquake, pandemic.
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions or orders.
  • Strikes, industrial action, power outages, venue damage.

If a Force Majeure Event occurs:

  1. The Event may be rescheduled or modified to proceed where possible.
  2. Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
  3. No refund will be provided if the Event is delivered within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., within 24 hours) after the original time and the essential nature of the event is unchanged.
  4. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued in accordance with the ACL.

7. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & RELOCATION

7.1 Event Cancellation

  • If an Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a refund of the ticket price (excluding non-refundable fees) to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days after cancellation confirmation.

7.2 Event Rescheduling

  • Your ticket will be valid for the new date.
  • If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 14 days of notification.
  • No refund is available if the Event is delivered within 24 hours of the original scheduled time.

7.3 Significant Relocation or Change

  • If an Event is significantly relocated or the main attraction is substantially changed, you may request a refund within 14 days of notification.

8. NO REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

  • Refunds are not provided for inability to attend due to illness, travel issues, airline cancellations, accommodation problems, or change of mind, unless required by law.

9. AUXILIARY COSTS

  • FAST is not responsible for additional costs such as travel, accommodation, or parking, unless required by law.

10. FAST-PRODUCED EVENTS vs THIRD-PARTY EVENTS

10.1 FAST-Produced Events

  • FAST is the organiser and responsible for delivery of the Event.
  • Refunds, reschedules, and relocation policies apply as outlined above and under the ACL.

10.2 Third-Party Events (FAST as Ticketing Agent Only)

  • FAST acts solely as the ticketing and marketing partner.
  • All decisions on scheduling, changes, and cancellations are made by the Event organiser.
  • FAST will process refunds only when instructed by the organiser, in line with the ACL.

11. NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

  • Booking fees, transaction fees, delivery fees, and merchandise are non-refundable unless required by law.

12. LIMITS ON TICKET PURCHASES

  • We may limit the number of tickets per purchaser.
  • For group bookings over 12 tickets, contact FAST for assistance.

13. TICKET VALIDITY & RESALE

  • Tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers or scalpers may be cancelled without refund.
  • Resale at a premium may be prohibited under state law.

14. REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds are made only to the original purchaser via the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days after confirmation.

15. COMMUNICATIONS

  • All official updates will be sent to the email address used at purchase.
  • You are responsible for checking your inbox and spam folders.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Contact FAST first to resolve any ticketing issue.
  • If unresolved, you may contact your state consumer protection agency or your bank.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
